Learn by Doing — Training Mode
Training Mode acts as a virtual instructor. Learners receive step-by-step instructions while performing the required procedures. Interactive prompts help them understand what to do, which equipment to select and how to complete each stage safely. Learners can repeat challenging activities until they become familiar with the correct workflow.
Voice-Over Guidance
Contextual voice-over instructions guide learners throughout the simulation, explaining what needs to be checked, which equipment should be selected, what safety procedure should be followed, what hazards need to be considered and what action should be performed next.
Visual Guidance

Testing Mode
Once learners complete the guided training, they can enter Testing Mode. Instructional assistance is reduced so the learner must independently demonstrate the correct procedure. The assessment can evaluate PPE selection, equipment identification, pre-use inspection, rigging preparation, safe lifting workflow, hazard identification and safe working practices.
MCQ Assessment
The practical simulation is complemented by a knowledge assessment using Multiple Choice Questions.
