BIMAura XR
One live BIM model, accessible in VR, AR, and the browser - with metadata, issues, and versions that stay connected across every session.
How Each Platform Works
BIM workflows have traditionally been fragmented across tools, file formats, and teams. Architects review models on desktop, site engineers work off PDFs, and coordination meetings rely on 2D markups that rarely reflect the real-world condition of a project. BimAuraXR was built to close that gap.
At its core, BimAuraXR is a multi-platform collaboration environment for Revit-based BIM models. It lets teams interact with the same live model simultaneously - in a VR headset during a design review, on a phone or tablet at the construction site using AR, or in a browser without installing anything at all. The model is always the same; only the context changes.
The platform is built around three principles: accessibility across devices, real-time team collaboration, and keeping BIM data - metadata, issues, versions - connected to the visual model at all times.

How Teams Use BimAuraXR
From immersive design reviews to on-site validation and instant browser access, BimAuraXR brings the same live model to every stage of the project.
Virtual Reality - Immersive Design Reviews
VR sessions in BimAuraXR are designed for situations where a flat screen simply is not enough. Multiple participants can be present in the same virtual model at the same time, each represented spatially. Voice communication is built in, so there is no need to run a separate call while walking through a building that has not yet been built. During a session, participants can: - Create and assign issues directly on model elements - Drop markups and take annotated screenshots - Set and share viewpoints for reference in later sessions - Take measurements within the model This is particularly useful for early design coordination, where catching a clash in VR costs far less than resolving it on site.
Augmented Reality - On-Site Model Overlay
The iOS AR module brings the BIM model to the construction site. Using QR codes placed at known positions on site, the app calculates where the digital model sits in physical space and overlays it accurately on the camera view. This has practical applications at several project stages: - Pre-installation: visualise where MEP services, structural elements, or finishes will sit before any work begins - During construction: compare the model against work in progress to catch deviations early - Handover and inspection: walk through the completed space with the BIM model active for reference QR codes are generated and managed from the web dashboard, so site teams do not need to be involved in any technical setup.
Web Browser - Instant Shareable Access
Not everyone who needs to review a model is on the project team. Clients, contractors, planning authorities, or specialist consultants may need access without going through an onboarding process. BimAuraXR allows models to be shared via a secure link that opens directly in the browser - no plugin, no account. The person sharing the link controls how long it remains active and how many times it can be opened. This makes it practical for anything from client sign-off to tender submissions.
Collaboration & Data Management
Collaboration in BimAuraXR is not limited to the VR session. The centralised dashboard brings together everything that happens across platforms into one place.
Role-Based Access Control
Define who can view, comment, or manage each project.
Model Version Tracking
Upload and manage multiple versions of the same model without losing earlier states.
Project-Level Organisation
Separate projects maintain their own models, QR codes, issues, and team members.
Issue Lifecycle
Issues raised in VR or AR can be tracked, assigned, and resolved without leaving the platform.
Linked Screenshots
Screenshots taken during VR sessions or on-site AR reviews are automatically linked to the relevant model element and project, keeping context intact across the full project lifecycle.
BIM Pipeline & Technical Fit
BimAuraXR is designed to work with existing Revit-based workflows rather than replace them. The export process produces two outputs from a Revit model.

Built for Project Teams
Give architects, contractors, BIM managers, and project owners a practical way to review, coordinate, and act on BIM data together.
Architecture & Design Firms
Architecture and design firms conducting multi-stakeholder design reviews.
Main Contractors & Site Managers
Main contractors and site managers validating installations against the model.
BIM Managers
BIM managers responsible for keeping model data accessible across the team.
Project Owners & Clients
Project owners and clients who need to review and approve designs without technical training.
MEP & Specialist Contractors
MEP and specialist contractors who need to visualise their scope in context of the wider model.
Deployment & Customisation
Explore real-world scenarios where this product drives operational efficiency, lowers risk, and speeds time-to-insight.
Hosted Platform
BimAuraXR is available as a hosted platform with options for customization to match specific workflow requirements. Teams with non-standard review processes, specialised access control needs, or requirements around data residency can discuss tailored deployment configurations.
Private Storage Deployment
For clients with stricter data governance requirements, the platform supports private storage deployment. Project data - including BIM model files, metadata, and associated assets - can be hosted entirely within the client's own infrastructure rather than on shared cloud storage.
Bring Your Own Cloud Storage
If a client already operates cloud storage such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, or a similar provider, BimAuraXR can be configured to use that directly as the storage backend.
No Change to Existing Workflow
The platform does not require a change to the existing Revit workflow. The export step is the only addition to the current process, and it is designed to be straightforward enough for BIM coordinators to handle without specialist support.
Multi-Tenant Architecture

White-Label, Your Way
Make BimAuraXR your own with custom branding, domains, communications, and onboarding tailored to your organisation.
Commercial Models
Deploy BimAuraXR as a direct SaaS platform, partner offering, enterprise workspace, or fully white-labelled product.
Direct SaaS
The platform operator sells subscriptions to AEC firms. Each firm is a tenant. Super Admin manages onboarding and billing centrally.
Reseller / Partner
A technology or consulting partner licences the platform, provisions tenants for their own clients, and manages the relationship under their brand.
Enterprise White-Label
A large firm deploys the platform internally across multiple business units or regional offices, each operating as a separate tenant under the company brand.
Product Bundling
Software vendors or BIM service providers embed BimAuraXR capabilities into their existing offerings, surfacing it as a native feature to their customers.
Security & Enterprise Features
Discover the key architectural and operational advantages of integrating this module into your workflow.
Private Storage & Data Residency
Project data - including BIM model files, metadata, and associated assets - can be hosted entirely within the client's own infrastructure rather than on shared cloud storage. No files need to pass through or reside on any third-party service.
Full Data Ownership
The client retains full ownership and control over where their data sits and who can access it - a consideration that comes up frequently in enterprise, government, and high-security project environments.
Role-Based Access Control
Define who can view, comment, or manage each project.
Tenant Isolation
Each tenant operates in a logically isolated environment. Their projects, models, users, QR codes, and issues are completely separate from every other tenant on the platform. There is no cross-tenant data access.
Built for Mission-Critical Sectors
Supported Devices & Platforms
Aura Interact runs natively on leading spatial computing hardware, optimized for high performance and low-latency rendering.
